Kristin owns the pipeline hygiene audits, the monthly tune-up calls, the QBRs (in person where geography allows), and the success motion that makes sure the system you bought is the system you actually run.

Most NURO clients land on one delivery mode and expand into others within 90 days. Kristin owns that conversation — data-surfaced, not pitched. When the metrics tell us the operator is ready for the next layer (standalone agents, a custom build, deeper integrations), Kristin opens the upgrade.
