The Site You're Looking At
Was Built by AI.

nuro.is itself is a NURO build. One operator pair-programming with an AI agent — from copy to code, schema markup to a behavioral assessment that writes its own sales briefings, persistent chat that syncs to the CRM, a client portal with sandbox previews and threaded change-requests, and an agent-readable surface that serves AI crawlers the same content humans see. This is what we mean by "human intelligence guiding AI."

The Situation

NURO needed a website. Not a brochure — a top-of-funnel machine that qualified leads, captured intent, fed the CRM, kept its own chat conversations attributable, served AI crawlers in their native format, and held up to scrutiny from a buyer who sells AI for a living.

The conventional options: hire an agency ($40K–$80K, 12–16 weeks, get a site that still cannot do half the above), or put a full-time developer on it (quarters, not weeks, and you still have to brief them on every page). Both assume the site itself is the product. For NURO, the site is infrastructure — the valuable work lives in the engagements it produces. Overspending on infrastructure was the wrong call.

What NURO Built

One operator paired with an AI agent. Every architecture decision, every line of code, every paragraph of copy, every piece of brand voice — produced in a loop where human intent and AI execution amplified each other. The site is not a brochure that ships on top of a stack. It IS the stack. Live right now:

The Assessment that briefs its own sales calls

The HI into AI Assessment is a 38-question behavioral and AI-matching diagnostic that classifies the visitor against a 16-type behavioral framework, scores them across four AI agent archetypes, ranks their top three opportunities by AI leverage, and delivers a personalized report. The moment a visitor completes it, the system creates a CRM contact enriched with custom fields, temperature tier tags (HOT / WARM / COLD), and a Straight Line–structured call briefing — delivered as a contact note before the sales team opens the record. Chase walks into every call already knowing the prospect's top pain points, ideal agent match, and behavioral profile.

A chat assistant that runs the brand voice and the CRM at the same time

The NURO AI Assistant streams answers from a multi-model fallback chain (Claude → Gemini → GPT) constrained by a system prompt composed at request time from the same single-source-of-truth files the rest of the site reads. It speaks in NURO's voice; refuses to scope, price, or design specific solutions (Truth Boundaries in production); routes every interested visitor toward the Assessment; persists conversations across page reloads and navigation; and — the moment a visitor shares an email — upserts a CRM contact, tags it chat-inbound, and writes the transcript as a note that keeps updating as the conversation continues. One session, one note, no duplicate spam in the CRM.

A client portal with sandbox previews and threaded change-requests

Every active NURO engagement gets a private portal at /portal. Clients sign in with their own credentials, see their build live in an embedded sandbox, and leave comments and change-requests directly on the page they are reviewing. NURO's side tracks every comment through a Submitted → Read → Complete lifecycle. Admins get a global unread-count, a full audit log, and per-project access control. The portal is not a documentation site bolted on; it is an actual workspace where the engagement runs.

An agent-readable surface that serves AI crawlers in their native format

The site does content negotiation: a human asking for a page gets HTML. An agent that requests Accept: text/markdown on the same URL gets the same content rendered as clean markdown — chrome stripped, main region preserved, headings and links intact. Alongside that: a curated /llms.txt, an /.well-known/ai.txt citation policy, a JSON-LD schema layer (Organization, ProfessionalService, WebSite, FAQPage, Article) on every page, and structured discovery endpoints under /ai/* and /.well-known/agent-skills. A WebMCP layer also exposes the site's key actions — take the Assessment, view a case study, open the chat — directly to agent-aware browsers via the proposed navigator.modelContext standard.

The marketing surface (the part you can see)

Every part of the public site is composed from a single source-of-truth — services, FAQs, case studies, team bios, differentiators — so a positioning edit propagates everywhere automatically (homepage, services, schema, chat prompt, llms.txt, the public agent JSON, the lot). GSAP-animated, dark-themed, mobile-responsive, accessible. An RSS feed for insights. Per-page metadata and OpenGraph cards. Sitemap. Robots.txt. Real-time analytics. The polish you would expect from an agency build — without the agency build.

The Outcome

The site you are reading right now shipped on a small fraction of the conventional timeline and budget. A full agency quote for what is now live would run well into six figures and quarters of calendar time. NURO's internal build did the job — with more capability than the brief originally called for — in a small fraction of both.

More importantly, the site is not static. It qualifies. It hands the sales team a briefing before the first call. It keeps its own chat conversations attributable and CRM-synced. It hosts the workspace where active engagements run. It teaches LLMs what NURO is so that when a prospect asks ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity about strategic AI consultants, NURO shows up as an answer rather than a footnote.

Why It Mattered

The clearest proof that AI meaningfully amplifies a competent operator is the thing that operator produces. If NURO sells the idea that "Human Intelligence guiding AI produces Innovation to the power of Everything," the most honest demonstration is a site that could not have been built this fast, this capably, by the operator alone — or by the AI alone.

The same loop is what NURO runs inside client engagements: the operator brings the domain, the intent, and the judgment; the AI brings the velocity and the breadth. The Diagnose / Build / Deploy / Run framework on the Services page wasn't invented for clients. It was invented by doing this build.

And every productized differentiator NURO ships into client engagements — Decision Log, Truth Boundaries, the HI → AI Doctrine, Vertical-Calibrated Workflows — was first stress-tested right here. The chat will not improvise. The Assessment will not skip steps. The brand voice is composed at runtime from the same source files every other surface reads. Eating our own dog food, in production, with the same product surface we sell.

Everything on the site you are reading is the proof. Click around. Take the Assessment. Chat with the bot. Read an insights article. Every one of those surfaces is a live artifact of the loop working.

This is the loop NURO runs inside client engagements. Want to see what it produces for your business?
