• Sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to such Communication. No Communication shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of NURO, except that confidential information shall be deemed personal and confidential and will not be disclosed to any 3rd party, except as a result of a court order.

This license does not apply to files, data, or other materials a client shares with NURO as part of a paid engagement, including through the client portal. Those materials are governed by the client’s signed agreement with NURO.

Content on the Site

Communications posted through the Site are provided by users such as you who are unaffiliated with NURO, and the user providing each such Communication is solely responsible for the content thereof. This means that you, and not NURO, are entirely responsible for all Communications that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Site. In using the Site or receiving e-mail messages from NURO, you should not assume that NURO has reviewed such messages, that such Communications contain correct information, or that the persons posting such Communications have accurately identified themselves and/or their affiliation with any third party. You understand that by using the Site, you may be exposed to Communications that are offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Under no circumstances will NURO be liable in any way for any Communication, including, but not limited to: liability for any errors or omissions in any Communication, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Communication posted, e-mailed, or otherwise transmitted via the Service.

Paid Engagements

NURO’s consulting, build, and fractional engagements are scoped on a call and quoted in writing before any work starts. Each one is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and NURO, which sets out the terms of that engagement, such as scope, fees, and deliverables. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Purchases and Refunds

Online courses and other digital products bought on the Site are charged when you buy them. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing admin@nuro.is from the email address you used to buy, with the name of the course or product. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and access to the course or product ends once the refund is issued. After 7 days, purchases are final. Refunds for paid engagements are handled under the signed agreement for that engagement.

Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

Parts of this site were built, drafted, or assisted using artificial intelligence, including portions of the site copy, insights articles, the structured-data layer that makes the site machine-readable to large language models, and the retrieval-grounded chat assistant at /chat. All AI-assisted content passes through the Human Intelligence (HI) Review Step defined in NURO’s AI Compliance & Governance Policy before it goes live: a named person reviews, verifies, and takes ownership of the output. See our AI Disclosure for the plain-English version and the full list of surfaces where AI is used.

Despite this review, AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information. Content on this site is provided “as is” for informational purposes only. NURO makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-assisted content. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, professional, or investment advice. You are ultimately responsible for how you interpret or act on any information found here.

Do not enter passwords, credit-card numbers, government-issued identifiers, health information, information under NDA, or other sensitive personal or business data into the Site’s chat assistant or any interactive AI feature. See the Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Processors section of our Privacy Policy for how AI-related data is processed.

Text Messages

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, NURO is, Inc. may send you text messages about your HI into AI Assessment, your scheduled calls (confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling), and replies to your inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number.

Personal Safety

When using the Site, please be certain that anything you say does not compromise your safety. Do not provide your name, phone number, postal or e-mail address, password, or any other personally-identifying information to people you do not know. Do not continue any conversation online that makes you feel uncomfortable.

Submissions

NURO is pleased to hear from users and welcomes your comments regarding NURO Site, programs and software. NURO welcomes creative ideas, suggestions, or materials. Accordingly, we value your feedback. If you send submissions, suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts or other materials (collectively, “Comments”), they shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of NURO, and shall otherwise be subject to the provisions below. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant all rights in the Comments to NURO. Disclosure, submission, or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to NURO of all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in such Comments. NURO may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any Comments that you forward to NURO and will own exclusively all such rights, titles, and interest and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of the Comments. NURO is and shall be under no obligation to: (1) maintain any user’s Comments in confidence; (2) to pay to any user any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any user’s Comments.

Disclosure of Your Information to Protect NURO’s Rights or If Required by Law

NURO may disclose personally identifiable information (i) to a third party pursuant to a subpoena, court order, or other form of legal process or in response to a request by or on behalf of any local, state, federal, or other governmental agency, department, or body, whether or not pursuant to a subpoena, court order, or other form of legal process, or (ii) to another entity with which NURO enters, or reasonably may enter, into a corporate transaction such as a merger, consolidation, acquisition, or asset purchase, or (iii) to a third party if determined by NURO in its sole judgment that such disclosure is appropriate to protect the life, health, or property of NURO or any other person or entity. (The foregoing is not intended to obviate or displace any legal obligations or duties applicable to NURO and (iv) as NURO determines to be necessary to NURO to fulfill the purpose for which the information was provided).

NURO may utilize website tuning or analytics tools or cookies which track pages viewed, IP Address, Date and Time, or other information necessary for NURO to maintain proper functionality of the aforementioned websites and to assist with website improvements.
