Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Processors
Certain features of this site — including the interactive chat assistant at /chat and portions of the HI into AI Assessment at /assessment — process user input through third-party artificial intelligence platforms. Chat prompts are streamed through OpenRouter for delivery to model providers including Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI, under terms that prohibit training on our inputs. Assessment responses are processed through Anthropic’s API for briefing generation and stored in our GoHighLevel CRM. Chat conversations persist locally on your device (via localStorage) and, once you share an email address in-conversation, sync to the CRM so a human can follow up.
We do not sell your data to AI providers, and we do not share sensitive personal or financial information with external AI models. Please do not enter passwords, credit-card numbers, government-issued identifiers (SSN, EIN, driver’s license), banking details, health information, information under NDA, or other sensitive personal or business data into the chat window or any interactive AI feature. Data processed via AI is handled in accordance with the data minimization principles and security standards outlined elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, and the operational standards defined in NURO’s public AI Compliance & Governance Policy. Your Use of Other’s PII
If you choose to provide the PII of any third party, we will assume that you have the third party’s permission to provide such information. Examples include Site referrals to friends. How Can You Delete Your Account?
All Personal Information linked to your account will be deleted at your request as soon as reasonably possible by the law. When you request to delete your account, your data will be deleted from our production servers, and you will no longer be able to access your account. However, we may retain your PII to comply with laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our terms of service, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law. Please remember, however, if we have already disclosed some of your Personal Information to third parties, such as your accountant, we can no longer access that Personal Information.
