NURO is, Inc. (NURO, we/us) operates NURO.is and provides AI consulting, software development, and training services. The policy below describes how we collect, use, protect, and share your data.

As with most companies, while interfacing with our services, we collect a variety of data, which may include your Personal Information and that of your business and employees. This Privacy Policy describes why we capture, how we use, and when we may be forced to disclose this information.

Analytics: NURO.is uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CB1JYXEYZT) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, the time spent on each page, the referring site, your approximate geographic location (city/region level, derived from IP), device type, and browser. The data is processed in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by enabling Do Not Track / blocking analytics cookies in your browser. Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We also use our hosting provider’s cookie-free web analytics, which counts page views and measures page performance in aggregate without setting cookies or identifying you.

By visiting NURO.is or any of our affiliate sites, registering on our site, or using our service, regardless of the method or device made available, you agree to our Privacy Policy, as outlined below. We assume certain responsibilities and make related commitments to you. We also clarify that we are not liable for misuse of the site by you or others and for other third-party risks beyond our control that may affect your Personally Identifiable Information (PII). PII includes your name, number, mailing address, e-mail address, and demographic and other information about you. If you are a client, it may also include business information you share with us during an engagement, including through the client portal. You may provide or upload personal information to provide you with the highest level of services possible by our team. We may also ask for personal information when you request information about or order our products and services, participate in our marketing, sales, and other promotional activities, or correspond with us. If you are asked to provide PII, it will be clear what personal information we request.

What Is the Purpose?

We collect, use, and disclose information that can identify you (“PII”) so that we can:

We retain the right to manage our operations, including using service providers of our own choosing, to facilitate our services’ development, hosting, and ongoing support to meet our business goals. For example, we may use the services of third-party companies to host our services, which may or may not be in the same jurisdictions or regions as the customers using our services. Our employees, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and partners, if authorized, may have access to our customer information or the systems storing it as part of and solely for the purposes of performing their jobs or within the scope of their agreements with us. In all cases, we use reasonable efforts to ensure that your Personal Information, as part of our confidential business information, is protected under contracts with such persons.

With your authorization, we may share your information with a third party you choose. If you authorize this disclosure, the use and disclosure restrictions in this Privacy Policy will not apply to such third parties. We do not control the privacy practices of any third parties. We do not currently have any Affiliates, but if we do in the future, we may disclose your Personal Information to a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively, “Affiliates”) in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. In addition, if another company merges with us, acquires us, or purchases our assets, including in bankruptcy, we may provide your Personal Information to such a third party, in which case such company may continue to process your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

We may also share your personal information if we are required by law (including any generally applicable law or any specific court order or other legal process binding on us) or if we otherwise determine in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to resolve disputes and protect or defend the rights or property of NURO.is, and any other affiliated company. We will use reasonable efforts to promptly inform you of such disclosure unless we are prevented from doing so.

If you provide feedback, we may use and disclose such feedback for any purpose, provided we do not associate such feedback with your Personal Information. We will collect any information contained in such feedback and will treat the Personal Information in it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Processors

Certain features of this site — including the interactive chat assistant at /chat — process user input through third-party artificial intelligence platforms. Chat prompts are streamed through a third-party model-routing service to model providers including Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI, under terms that prohibit training on our inputs. HI into AI Assessment responses are scored by fixed rules (no AI model) and stored in our CRM. Chat conversations persist locally on your device (via localStorage) and, once you share an email address in-conversation, sync to the CRM so a human can follow up.

We do not sell your data to AI providers, and we do not share sensitive personal or financial information with external AI models. Please do not enter passwords, credit-card numbers, government-issued identifiers (SSN, EIN, driver’s license), banking details, health information, information under NDA, or other sensitive personal or business data into the chat window or any interactive AI feature. Data processed via AI is handled in accordance with the data minimization principles and security standards outlined elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, and the operational standards defined in NURO’s public AI Compliance & Governance Policy. Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number (for example on the HI into AI Assessment or when booking a call), we may text you about your assessment, your appointment (confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling), and replies to your questions. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Your Use of Other’s PII

If you choose to provide the PII of any third party, we will assume that you have the third party’s permission to provide such information. Examples include Site referrals to friends. This information will not be used for purposes other than those described above. You agree that, with respect to the PII of other persons that you collect, use, and disclose on the Site, you have all necessary consents and rights to collect, use and disclose that information as described in this Privacy Policy from time to time, and you agree that the indemnity you give to us in Terms of Service applies to any non-compliance by you concerning the preceding.

The site may contain links to other websites not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, do not review, and are not responsible for the privacy policies of or content displayed on such other websites. You will leave our service and go to another site when you click on such a link. During this process, another entity may collect Personal Information from you, and we do not collect information from you that you submit on such third-party sites.

What Is Our Security Policy?

We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Personal Information is secure, including https protocol and encryption. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect and the modes of access to it. While we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit. How Can You Delete Your Account?

All Personal Information linked to your account will be deleted at your request as soon as reasonably possible by the law. When you request to delete your account, your data will be deleted from our production servers, and you will no longer be able to access your account. However, we may retain your PII to comply with laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our terms of service, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law. Please remember, however, if we have already disclosed some of your Personal Information to third parties, such as those you authorized us to share it with, we can no longer access that Personal Information. We cannot force the deletion or modification of any such information by the parties to whom we have made those disclosures.

Aggregated or anonymous data derived from your Personal Information, which cannot be traced back to your account, may remain on our production servers indefinitely. We reserve the right to use any aggregated or anonymous data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information.

How Will You Learn of Updates to Our Privacy Rules?

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our privacy and data management practices. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or using a notice on this Site before the change becomes effective. Our service is not directed to children who are not eligible to use it. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. Right to Delete Personal Information Collected or Maintained

You have the right to request the deletion of Personal Information we have collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your request and verify your identity, we will permanently delete your Personal Information from our records, unless a legal exception to deletion applies. Authorizing an Agent
