The Situation
James is a commercial real estate veteran who has spent a career teaching brokers, investors, and operators how the industry actually works. He wanted to package that knowledge into an online academy — recurring revenue, scalable reach, a platform he could grow beyond his personal calendar.
The standard path would have meant six months of filming, editing, and platform-cobbling, with a second round needed to localize for Spanish-speaking audiences. James didn't have six months. And he didn't want to be on camera for any of it.
What NURO Built
NURO diagnosed the real bottleneck — filming time and bilingual content generation — and built an AI-first production pipeline around it. James gave us exactly two minutes of himself on camera. From that reference footage we generated his AI avatar, then used it to produce every course lesson in both English and Spanish directly from his written curriculum.
On top of the content layer, we delivered the full business stack:

The Outcome
