NURO Pricing: How Our Engagements Are Structured.

Honest ranges, three engagement shapes, and the six variables that determine what a fair quote looks like.

NURO does not publish fixed prices on the site because every engagement is scoped to the specific operational reality of the business. What we can publish is how NURO engagements are actually structured, the honest range for each shape, and the six variables that drive the number on the quote — so anyone evaluating a NURO proposal can benchmark it against a reasonable market range.

The three engagement shapes NURO sells

  1. Strategic AI Consulting engagement — a diagnosis and sequenced build plan, delivered by Craig and Chase directly. Typically 2–6 weeks in duration. Feeds into a subsequent build engagement, or ends with a plan you take to another vendor. Either is fine.
  2. Fractional AI Team on retainer — NURO designs, builds, deploys, and runs one or more AI agents / workflows on a monthly retainer. This is the primary engagement shape for growing businesses. Everything is folded in: build, hosting, model costs, ongoing engineering, monitoring, Decision Log review, and new-agent additions as opportunities emerge.
  3. RevOps OS installation — the productized revenue operating system, at one of three tiers (Foundation, Acceleration, Custom). Fixed monthly price per tier plus a one-time installation fee. Best fit when the diagnosis is already clear and the operator wants speed and structure.

Honest ranges for a $5M–$50M business

  • Strategic AI Consulting engagement: $10K–$40K total, one-time. Deliverables: operational reality map, ranked AI leverage assessment, sequenced build plan, architecture blueprint. Direct time with Craig and Chase, not junior associates.
  • Fractional AI Team on retainer — single agent, well-scoped: $8K–$12K per month all-in, launched inside 45 days.
  • Fractional AI Team on retainer — coordinated agent stack: $15K–$20K per month all-in, launched inside 90 days. Multiple agents, calendar/CRM integration, dispatcher or team training, weekly Decision Log review.
  • Custom multi-agent build: $25K–$60K per month depending on integration surface, with a dedicated build team and embedded success manager.
  • RevOps OS Foundation tier: installation + monthly platform-run fee. Contact for a scoped quote.
  • RevOps OS Acceleration tier: installation + monthly platform-run fee. Materially higher than Foundation because it includes standalone AI agents.
  • RevOps OS Custom tier: multi-location, multi-line-of-business scoping required — quoted after a diagnosis engagement.

The six variables that drive the quote

  1. Voice vs. text. Voice agents are 3–5x more expensive than text agents because of latency-sensitive infrastructure, telephony integration, and a more expensive model stack.
  2. Number of integrations. Each system the agent touches (CRM, dispatch, calendar, payment, ticketing, ERP) adds build cost. First two typically included; each additional integration adds roughly $1K–$5K.
  3. Truth Boundary complexity. An agent that can talk about anything is cheap. An agent that is constrained to verifiable facts and escalates cleanly on out-of-domain questions requires explicit engineering.
  4. Compliance profile. HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, TCPA, state-specific regulations. Each adds architectural and legal overhead.
  5. Call / message volume. Model costs scale with usage. A 500-call-per-month agent costs a fraction of a 50,000-call-per-month agent.
  6. Human-in-the-loop coverage. Escalations to a human are cheap if you have staff. NURO can provide after-hours human coverage as part of the engagement; that is real ongoing labor cost.

Why NURO doesn't publish fixed prices

Two reasons, both operator-oriented:

  • A generic price is misleading. A $10K/month engagement for a home services company at $5M in revenue is a different scope than a $10K/month engagement for a professional services firm at $30M. Publishing a single number would either over-promise or under-deliver on one of them.
  • Every NURO engagement is scoped after a real diagnosis of the business. That diagnosis is either the free 5–10 minute HI into AI Assessment (screening) or a paid Strategic AI Consulting engagement (deep). Either produces the context to quote fairly.
